Passe-Fleur,
from painting to street
Passe-Fleur is a series begun in the studio in 2026 and continued in the street since June. This page follows its progress: the painting, the installations, the exhibitions, and the plan for an exhibition that will bring it all together.
The painting
Stencil on wood, 70 × 60 cm. An arm comes out of the wall and holds out a wooden flower whose centre is a spray-can cap. On the flower, a resin BZzz. The title comes from Marcel Aymé's Passe-Muraille.
The street
Since June 2026 five flowers have been placed: Paris 19th, Vincennes, Les Lilas, Florence and Vieux Mérindol in the Luberon. Each pairs a flower and a BZzz chosen for the place.
Florence
On 28 and 29 November 2026, Passe-Fleur is shown at ExpoMetro Florence, in The Art Tunnel: a 25-metre tunnel where works are shown on a giant screen.
What comes next
New installations are being prepared in Paris. The project is meant to lead to an exhibition bringing together the original painting, flowers and BZzz made for the venue, and photo documentation of the installations.
