About — Mr Klink, visual artist
"I manufacture my contradictions to make them beautiful to look at."
In 2024, after 13 years in art direction, Mr Klink turns a page. What emerges first is BZ — a hive-headed figure in permanent agitation, a double that says everything we hold back. The overflow searching for a form.
Since then, pieces are built this way — not planned, not mapped out in advance. It builds itself in the making. One idea calls another, materials resist or give way, and something ends up standing on its own.
Painting, sculpture, hybrid objects — the mediums change, the impulse stays the same: materialising what overlaps in the mind before it disappears.
17 years of graphic design and art direction left a mark. Not in the style — in the eye. The ability to see what overflows, what is too much, what is missing. Mr Klink works with that.
